As a user you may upload modules comments and other content User Content You retain ownership of your User Content but grant LibraryModules a worldwide non-exclusive license to
- Host store and display your content
- Allow other users to view and download your modules
- Use your content for promotional purposes
Important You are solely responsible for the modules you upload Do not upload content that contains malware viruses or violates intellectual property rights
Prohibited Content
The following content is strictly prohibited on LibraryModules
- Malware viruses or any harmful code
- Content that infringes on intellectual property rights
- Pornographic or sexually explicit material
- Hate speech or discriminatory content
- Content promoting illegal activities
- Spam or misleading content
Violation of these rules may result in immediate account termination without notice
Intellectual Property
The Platform design logo and branding are owned by LibraryModules and protected by copyright laws Modules uploaded by users remain the property of their respective creators
When downloading modules you agree to use them for personal non-commercial purposes unless explicitly permitted by the module creator
Disclaimer of Warranties
LibraryModules provides the platform as is without any warranties While we review modules for safety we cannot guarantee that all modules are 100 percent secure Download and use modules at your own risk
Disclaimer Modules are uploaded by the community We do not verify every module Full responsibility for module content lies with the uploader If you encounter issues please contact us immediately
Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms You may also delete your account at any time through your account settings
Upon termination your content may be removed from the platform and you will lose access to your account
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform notification Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms
